Last night’s sudden and last minute decision to eat at Cafe 123 was a great one! We actually intended to only have drinks and appetizers, but, after hearing a description of the special fresh catch of the day we quickly changed directions. The special was a Pan Seared Grouper with Haricot Verts and bacon with Balsamic Rice. Wow! The Beurre Blanc topping just kicked it up a few more notches. This makes my top five of all time fish dishes!
I can’t not comment on the wedge salad that we had for a starter. It was so crisp and fresh that it seemed to come straight from the garden. Chef Eron Bass’ Blue Cheese Dressing is the best, period! Yet another fantastic evening at Cafe 123!
