Wow! A five course meal at The Bottling Plant Event Center this past Thursday evening was outstanding! There was not a weak course or beverage. The Blue Crab Bisque, Pan-seared Quail, Chili-sugar seared U-10 Scallops, Petite Lamb Chop and Creme Brûlée created a powerful lineup. The six wines from Alexander Valley Vineyards were all appropriate for the time and course. Great job Lisa Ditchkoff!
